The Mehal PhilosophyIn ancient Ireland, when a farmer needed help with the harvest, the community came. Not out of obligation. Out of the understanding that when you help me and I help you, we all live better. That's Meitheal. That's where Mehal comes from.
There's something else in the name too. A quieter thing. Me. Heal. Because the work we do together — figuring out what you actually want, building the systems that get you there, releasing the weight of doing it all alone — that's its own kind of healing.

It's just layers of humans solving problems created by previous humans, calcified into "the way things work." And somewhere along the way we started treating it like it deserves our reverence.
